Leah M. Barrault

Leah Barrault represents public and private sector unions and union members in all aspects of labor with a major focus on police and fire unions. She represents union clients before arbitrators, the National Labor Relations Board, the Massachusetts Labor Relations Commission, the Massachusetts Civil Service Commission, as well as the Massachusetts state and federal courts.
Additionally, Ms. Barrault represents individual clients in the Massachusetts state and federal courts as well as the MCAD, Civil Service Commission, and the Division of Administrative Law Appeals (Retirement).

Prior to going to law school, Ms. Barrault worked for the Massachusetts Association for the Blind where she helped to create and coordinate a transitional program for adolescents with traumatic brain injury. In addition, Ms. Barrault spent a year at the Massachusetts State House working for the Massachusetts Caucus of Women Legislators.
