Timothy D. Zessin

Tim Zessin represents public and private sector unions and union members in all aspects of labor and employment law. He has represented union clients before arbitrators, the National Labor Relations Board, the Massachusetts Department of Labor Relations, the Massachusetts Civil Service Commission, as well as the Massachusetts state and federal courts. He also advises labor unions in collective bargaining and matters of contract administration, employee representation, and internal union affairs.
Additionally, Mr. Zessin represents individual clients in the Massachusetts state and federal courts as well as the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination and the Civil Service Commission.
Prior to joining Pyle Rome Ehrenberg in 2010, Mr. Zessin represented public sector unions and individual workers at a labor law firm in Washington, D.C.
